石墨烯支持膜(Graphene Support Films for TEM)

   石墨烯,一種只有一個原子厚的二維碳膜,這種新型材料化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定,很難與其他物質(zhì)結(jié)合,石墨烯是目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的硬度最大的物質(zhì),有極好的導(dǎo)電和導(dǎo)熱性能,這些性能使得石墨烯極適于制作電鏡載網(wǎng)支持膜,為TEM觀測納米粒子提供了極大的方便,對進(jìn)行納米粒子界面研究者非常有幫助,尤其是納米顆粒較小且附著力較差時可以使用這種特制的電鏡載網(wǎng)。

目前提供有孔碳膜覆膜、2000目銅網(wǎng)覆膜、有孔氮化硅窗口(2.5µm孔)覆膜以及二氧化硅薄膜(基底是硅片)覆膜。常規(guī)提供的均有四種厚度石墨烯膜:

1.  單層石墨烯,厚度大約0.35nm

2.  2層石墨烯,厚度大約0.7nm

3.  3-5層石墨烯,1.0-1.7nm

4.  6-8層石墨烯,2.1-2.8nm

    石墨烯支持膜至少覆蓋整個載網(wǎng)面積的75%的區(qū)域,一般挑選無重疊和褶皺的區(qū)域來放置樣品。石墨烯支持膜超?。ㄟh(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)薄于碳膜)、導(dǎo)電,本身呈晶體結(jié)構(gòu),信號的噪音相對很低。
